The first dawn of spring signals the first-morning dew…making the dewbies very busy! Here are some spring  facts to keep you busy - do you know any more?
  • The first day of spring is also called the vernal equinox, where there are 12 hours of sunlight and 12 hours of nighttime.!
  • Animals begin to shred their winter coats during the springtime, ready for the warmer weather.
  • Spring is a time for growing - with  many plants, bulbs and trees 'springing' into action.
  • It's also a time for babies: lambs, bunnies, calves and chicks.
  • April is known for its rain showers - so remember to pack a coat!
